Myrna Humphrey

My experience shaped my mission:
I lived through unexplained food intolerances, early menopause, low mood, and feeling disconnected from my body. I am rebuilding my health piece by piece through food, exercise, therapy, and understanding my metabolism and hormones.
Now I help others avoid the confusion, shame, and frustration I went through–with compassion, cultural grounding, and practical tools that meet people where they are.
